Site Manager

Blue Water Recruitment are currently looking for a Site Manager in Cardiff.-

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day site operations, ensuring refurbishment works are delivered safely, on time, and in line with project specification.
• Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and school stakeholders to minimise disruption to staff and students during works
• Enforce strict health & safety standards, safeguarding procedures, and compliance with regulations specific to live educational environments

Key Requirements

• SMSTS,
• CSCS,-
• First Aid-
• Have experience in working on Schools projects-previously
