Potential candidate will be interviewed immediately, Job Title : External manager Reporting to : Senior/Site Manager Responsible for : Assist site manager, façade contractor, brick and scaffold contractor, roofingand balcony contractor. Start date : 10/03/2025 Employment Type : Freelance Duration : 6 months. Project stage : 80% façade first fix completed. Scaffold strike is in progress over three blocks. Main curtain wall around lower floors begun. Job purpose : An opportunity has arisen for a External manager, reporting into the Senior/Site Manager. You will be responsible for overseeing Brickwork, Scaffolding, Waterproofing, SFS, windows, curtain wall, rainscreen and other envelope related packages. Duties Include: Responsible for the day-to-day facade construction and coordination of the project. Daily and weekly progress review against fast face programme on scaffold strike. Responsible for site inspection, audits, reports preparation quality control and testing and inspection plans on all aspects of cladding, façade, fire compartmentation, brickwork and balconies.
