The project involves roof replacement and internal fit-out works within an occupied building, including cut-and-carve works. The successful candidate will take day-to-day responsibility for site operations, coordinating trades and subcontractors while ensuring the works are delivered safely, efficiently and to programme. Key Responsibilities Take full day-to-day responsibility for site operations and supervision. Coordinate subcontractors, labour and deliveries. Manage roof replacement and internal fit-out works within an occupied building. Ensure works are properly planned and carried out in accordance with RAMS.
