Position: Site ManagerLocation: Exeter, United KingdomSalary: Up to 55,000 (dependent on experience)Day Rate: Up to 250 a dayWorking Arrangement: Site basedEmployment Type: Permanent or ContractA Site Manager is required for a leading drylining contractor to oversee a 3 million drylining package on a major 80 million student accommodation development in Exeter. The project is expected to run for approximately 2 years and forms part of a strong pipeline of upcoming work across the Southwest. With a turnover of 65 million and approximately 150 members of staff, the company operates from multiple offices across the UK.This role would suit an experienced Site Manager with a strong background in drylining, capable of managing site operations, coordinating subcontractors, and ensuring works are delivered safely, on time, and to a high standard.Site Manager Job OverviewManage day-to-day site operations on a large-scale student accommodation project.Coordinate labour, materials, plant, and subcontractors to ensure programme targets are achieved.Monitor quality, health and safety, and compliance across all drylining works.Maintain site documentation including progress reports, RFIs, variations, and site diaries.Liaise closely with the Principal Contractor, consultants, and wider project team.Produce short-term programmes and monitor progress against project milestones.Support and mentor site teams while maintaining strong working relationships on site.Site Manager Job RequirementsNVQ ..... full job details .....
