Bee Construction, trading as Site Managers, is recruiting on behalf of a client for an experienced Site Manager to start on a project in Swansea on Monday 13th April.

This is a 20 week contract working on a racking project within a logistics and warehouse environment. The role will suit someone who has previously managed racking installations, warehouse fit out works, or similar live industrial projects.

The job is likely to involve overseeing racking installation teams, coordinating works safely within a busy warehouse or distribution setting, managing day to day site activity, keeping works on programme, and making sure health and safety standards are maintained throughout.

To be considered, you must have:

SMSTS
First Aid
Proven racking experience
Experience managing site activity on warehouse or logistics based projects
The ability to keep the job moving and deal with day to day site issues effectively

This is a hands on site management role for someone who understands the pace and detail involved in racking projects and can take control of site from day one.
