This role is to step into an existing live project and pick things up quickly following a handover. The client would ideally like someone to start as soon as possible so there can be a proper crossover and handover on site. The project is based within a logistics and warehouse environment and involves overseeing sprinkler related works alongside racking contractors already operating on site. This is described as a steady enough job, but it is important that the right person can engage properly with the pipe fitters, cooperate with the rackers, communicate well with the client, and keep the paperwork and reporting side in good order.
