Site Manager

We are seeking an experienced Site Manager with a strong background in cut-and-carve, structural alterations, and complex refurbishment projects to join our growing team in Cambridge. The successful candidate will oversee day-to-day site operations, ensuring works are delivered safely, on time, and to the highest quality standards. This role involves managing challenging internal demolition, temporary works, structural cut-and-carve packages, and refurbishment phases within live or constrained environments. Key Responsibilities Lead and manage all site activities on cut-and-carve and refurbishment projects. Coordinate subcontractors, trades, and specialist contractors. Ensure full compliance with Health and Safety regulations and company procedures. Oversee structural alterations, temporary works, and internal demolition phases. Maintain project schedules, site records, and progress reporting. Liaise with clients, consultants, and project stakeholders. Drive quality standards throughout all phases of the build. Resolve site issues promptly to maintain workflow and productivity. Requirements Proven experience as a Site Manager on cut and carve / structural refurbishment projects. Strong understanding of temporary works, structural sequencing, and internal construction methods. SMSTS, CSCS (Black/Gold), First Aid (preferred).
