You will initially join a -5m industrial project in Basingstoke , helping take the scheme through its final stages to completion around March. From there, you will move onto a -12m development in Newbury , comprising three new build units for an MOT centre, auction house and medical manufacturing/testing facility. The Newbury scheme is currently at groundworks and piling stage , with around 14-15 months remaining , taking the project through to completion including the full internal fit-out. There is also a strong pipeline of repeat work in the surrounding area with this key client.
