Site Manager

BCS require a Site Manager to work on a large commercial office refurbishment project in the Reading area. This contract will run to at least March 2027. Possible more works will be added. Main works: a new CAT A CAT B fit-out to the 1st floor, along with remedial works to the 2nd and 3rd floors. Main duties: The daily running of site site inductions looking after and direction sub contractors maintaining health and safety keeping records of progress reporting back to contracts manager Requirements: SMSTS Cert CSCS Card First Aid certificate min 5 years site manager experience be from a interior/refurbishment background Possible - Vetting process due to sensitivity of works, DBS issued within the last 3 months.would be advantageous Benefits: long run of work Good rate of pay working for a family run business possibility of future/continuous contracts BCS has been supplying local sites and companies with local trades and labour for the past 20 years.
