Site Manager

BCS require a Site Manager to work on a large commercial office refurbishment project in the Reading area. This contract will run to at least March 2027. Possible more works will be added.

Main works:

• a new CAT A–CAT B fit-out to the 1st floor, along with remedial works to the 2nd and 3rd floors.

Main duties:

• The daily running of site
• site inductions
• looking after and direction sub contractors
• maintaining health and safety
• keeping records of progress 
• reporting back to contracts manager 

Requirements:

• SMSTS Cert
• CSCS Card
• First Aid certificate
• min 5 years site manager experience
• be from a interior/refurbishment background
• Possible - Vetting process due to sensitivity of works, 
• DBS issued within the last 3 months.would be advantageous
