The Role We''re hiring a proactive Site Manager to lead the delivery of refurbishment and renewal projects across a regional housing and public-sector portfolio. You''ll take full responsibility for site safety, quality, programme and client satisfaction, coordinating internal teams, subcontractors and client representatives to ensure every project is delivered safely, on time, on budget, and to the highest standards. This role is project-focused, covering full and partial refurbishments, internal and external renewals, and compliance-related upgrade works. You''ll lead from the front on construction quality, safety, and stakeholder collaboration within a live, customer-focused environment.
