Site Manager - Multi-Site SchoolsLocation: Two school sites in West Ealing and one in HayesPosition: Site Manager - Three School SitesDriving Licence: Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle essentialAbout the RoleWe are looking for a reliable, proactive, and organised Site Manager to oversee the day-to-day site operations across three school sites, with two located in West Ealing and one in Hayes.The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all school premises are safe, secure, clean, well-maintained, and ready for daily use. As this role covers multiple locations, the ability to drive and travel between sites as required is essential.Key ResponsibilitiesOversee the day-to-day maintenance, safety, and general upkeep of all three school sites.Ensure school buildings, grounds, and facilities are maintained to a high standard.Carry out regular site inspections and identify any maintenance or repair requirements.Ensure the security of school premises, including opening and locking up as required.Monitor and coordinate cleaning, maintenance, and repair work.Manage contractors and ensure all work is completed safely and efficiently.Carry out basic maintenance and repairs where appropriate.Ensure compliance with health and safety procedures and school policies.Respond promptly to site-related issues and emergencies.Maintain accurate records of inspections, maintenance, and health and safety checks.Communicate effectively with school staff, senior ..... full job details .....
