The project comprises a -3 million residential scheme, with approximately -1 million of works remaining. The development consists of 14 apartments, with the roof already completed and around six months of finishing works left, including internal fit-out, external works and landscaping. This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on Site Manager who enjoys delivering the final stages of a project to a high standard and is seeking long-term career stability with a growing business.
