Site Manager

Our client, a well-established and reputable main contractor, is looking to appoint an experienced Site Manager to join their team for a development in Waltham Abbey.

The project comprises a -3 million residential scheme, with approximately -1 million of works remaining. The development consists of 14 apartments, with the roof already completed and around six months of finishing works left, including internal fit-out, external works and landscaping.

This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on Site Manager who enjoys delivering the final stages of a project to a high standard and is seeking long-term career stability with a growing business.

Key Responsibilities:

• Managing the completion of the remaining build programme
• Overseeing internal finishing trades and external landscaping works
• Ensuring works are delivered safely, on time and to the required quality standards
• Managing subcontractors and coordinating daily site activities
• Maintaining site records and reporting progress to senior management
• Driving health and safety compliance across the site

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Site Manager on residential developments
• Strong finishing and handover experience
• Valid CSCS Card
• First Aid at Work Certificate
• Valid SMSTS Certificate
• Excellent organisational and communication skills
• Ability to manage subcontractors and maintain programme delivery
