The scaffolders and demolition contractor are already appointed, so the successful candidate will be responsible for the day-to-day safe running of the site, ensuring works are carried out safely, efficiently, and in line with the programme. Key Responsibilities Manage the safe day-to-day operation of the site. Carry out site inductions for all operatives and visitors. Ensure all works are completed in accordance with health and safety legislation and company procedures. Liaise with the client and maintain a professional working relationship throughout the project. Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, including the scaffold and demolition teams. Conduct site inspections and ensure high standards of housekeeping and compliance.
