Site Manager - Architectural Metalwork

We are working with a well-established and rapidly growing architectural metalwork specialist with an annual turnover of approximately 10 million and a strong secured pipeline of work over the next two years. The business specialises in the design, manufacture and installation of high-quality architectural metalwork and is currently delivering a 2.5 million package in East London, incorporating balconies and a range of bespoke architectural metalwork elements. Due to continued growth and a healthy forward order book, they are looking to appoint an experienced Site Manager to take responsibility for the successful delivery of the project on site. This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious Site Manager to join a growing specialist contractor where there is genuine scope for long-term progression and further project opportunities. The Role As Site Manager, you will take responsibility for the day-to-day management and coordination of the architectural metalwork installation, ensuring the project is delivered safely, efficiently, to programme and to the required quality standards. You will work closely with the Project Manager, Contracts Manager, client team, principal contractor and site-based trades to ensure the smooth delivery of the works.
