For this position, you must have the following: • SMSTS Certificate • Valid First Aid at Work Certificate • CSCS Card • Previous commercial construction experience as a Site Manager • Strong health and safety knowledge and site management skills This temporary work for a Site Manager is for a 4-month duration, working Monday to Friday, 7:30am – 4:30pm. The type of work for a Site Manager will be overseeing the day-to-day management of a commercial office refurbishment and extension project, coordinating subcontractors, ensuring health and safety compliance, managing programme delivery, and maintaining high standards of quality throughout the build.
