ARC are currently looking for an experienced Site Manager to provide short-term holiday cover on a residential housing development in Halstead, Essex.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced residential Site Manager looking for a couple of days'' work with an immediate start.

• Start: ASAP – This Week
• Rate: £260–£270 per day
• Residential housing development

To be considered for this role, you must have:

• CSCS Manager Card
• SMSTS
• First Aid at Work
• Previous Site Management experience
• Residential housing experience (preferred)
• Strong communication and organisational skills
