Ensure all personnel complete site inductions and follow site safety procedures. Ensure RAMS are approved, understood, and signed before work begins. Complete and submit all required HSE documentation, toolbox talks, and safety reports. Prepare weekly look-ahead programmes and coordinate daily workloads. Attend site safety meetings and communicate key information to site teams. Ensure works are completed safely, on time, and in line with QAQC standards.
