Rate of pay: £350 per day

ARC are currently looking for a Site Manager in London. 

For this position, you must have the following:

• CSCS Managers card or equivalent
• SMSTS
• City and Guilds Skilled Competent Person Electrical Low Voltage Awareness (CPLV)

• City and Guilds High Voltage Awareness (HVASM)
• MEWP Training
• Manual Handling Training
• First Aid Training
• Meetings and Negotiation Training
• Time Management Training

• Manage day-to-day site activities and supervise installation teams.
• Ensure all personnel complete site inductions and follow site safety procedures.
• Ensure RAMS are approved, understood, and signed before work begins.
• Complete and submit all required HSE documentation, toolbox talks, and safety reports.
• Prepare weekly look-ahead programmes and coordinate daily workloads.
• Attend site safety meetings and communicate key information to site teams.
• Ensure works are completed safely, on time, and in line with QAQC standards.
• Report delays, variations, and site issues to senior management.
• Ensure labour, tools, plant, materials, and equipment are available on site.
• Monitor workforce competency, training, and safe working practices.
• Prepare and submit QAQC and project documentation upon completion of works.
• Complete and submit daily work records and labour allocation sheets.
• Monitor project budgets and labour costing performance.
• Maintain accurate project registers for variations, delays, and materials.

This temporary work for a Site Manager is for an ongoing duration, across different commercial and industrial projects. 

You must have previous proven experience in commercial and industrial.
