Construction Site Manager Location: Sudbury Rate: £270 £290 per day (DOE) Duration: Minimum 2 months Start Date: ASAPThe Role: We are currently recruiting for an experienced Temporary Site Manager to support a commercial new build project based in Sudbury. This is a minimum 2-month contract with a well-established main contractor. You will be working as part of an established site team, overseeing day-to-day site operations and ensuring works are delivered safely, on time, and to a high standard.Key Responsibilities: Overseeing daily site activities and subcontractor coordinationEnsuring health and safety standards are maintained at all timesManaging programme and ensuring works are progressing to scheduleLiaising with project stakeholders and reporting into senior managementMaintaining site records and ensuring all documentation is up to dateDriving quality control across all stages of the build Requirements: Proven experience as a Site Manager on commercial new build projectsBackground working with Tier 1 or leading main contractorsStrong knowledge of construction processes and site managementIT literate and confident using site management software and systemsValid SMSTS, CSCS, and First AidStrong leadership and communication skills If this role is of interest please send your CV to (url removed), or call Jayne at ARC on (phone number removed) to discuss the role and your experience in more detail. ..... full job details .....
