Manage contract programmes to ensure projects are delivered within timescales. Ensure site supervisors are fully briefed on project requirements and priorities. Monitor and control costs to ensure alignment with budgets and financial targets. Ensure the Company Health, Safety, and Environmental Plan is effectively implemented. Manage procurement of materials and plant in line with company processes. Provide quality control of works, ensuring compliance with drawings and specifications. Attend and contribute to internal company meetings (handover meetings, cost meetings, planning sessions). Build and maintain strong working relationships with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and internal teams. Support and coordinate site engineers and supervisors, ensuring accuracy of setting out and records.
