Under the Cladding Safety Scheme (CSS) works involve the removal of combustible materials from the external envelope and installation of non-combustible components, including firestopping at all key junctions. Project value -750,000. The Role: The works involve the removal and replacement of external cladding systems and associated fire safety upgrades. You will be managing a team of experienced sub-contractors, responsible for the day-to-day management of the project while ensuring works are delivered safely on programme and to a high standard. Day-to-Day running of the project as Nos1 on site. Coordinate subcontractors and monitor site activities. Ensure health & safety procedures are followed on site. Maintain site records including permits, RAMS and compliance documents. Carry out photographic progress reporting and general site documentation. Managing material deliveries and site logistics.
