This is a hands-on Site Manager position where you will take responsibility for the day-to-day running of the project, coordinating subcontractors, managing site activities and ensuring the works are delivered safely, efficiently and to a high standard. The project is scheduled to commence in early September, with the successful candidate ideally appointed in advance to attend pre-start meetings and familiarise themselves with the project requirements. The Project The refurbishment will involve a full strip-out and fit out of an existing commercial space, including: Full strip-out and refurbishment works Installation of a new HVAC / air conditioning system Mezzanine flooring installation 13 concrete pad foundations Partitioning and dry lining Tiling and associated finishing works Coordination of multiple specialist subcontractors...
