Site Manager Location: Newton Abbot, TQ12Contract Type: Long-term FreelanceSummary We are seeking an experienced Site Manager to lead the delivery of a new modular building project at HPM Channings Wood, Newton Abbot. This long-term freelance role requires a hands-on professional with a proven track record in modular construction projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all on-site activities, ensuring the project is delivered safely, on time, and to the highest quality standards. You will coordinate subcontractors, manage site logistics, and maintain compliance with health and safety regulations. Due to the nature of the site, a recent EL1 security clearance is mandatory to gain access to the prison environment.
