      <description>Location: Kent | Salary: &amp;pound;55000 - &amp;pound;65000/annum Package | Type: Permanent | Morson Edge are working with a tier 1 contractor who are seeking a Site Manager to join their Civil Engineering division.    Role - Site Manager  Locations - Hampshire, Sussex and Kent (Multiple sites so will need to drive/be willing to travel).  Salary - £55k to £65k + Package  Experience needed - Ideal candidates would have worked within Civil Engineering and/or Water.    The Role    The main purpose of the Site Agent/Site Manager will be responsible for the management of the construction site to achieve the required project delivery to the customers'' objectives while maintaining standards of health and safety, quality, environmental impact, and cost control. You will be responsible for the delivery of various projects to the specified quality, the required programme and to the maximum commercial performance.    The successful candidate will work closely with the Contracts Manager/Project Manager, engineers, and quantity surveyors to ensure that projects are completed in a safe manner whilst customer requirements and expectations are always maintained or exceeded.
