Site Manager - Refurbishment projects _LIVE Environment_ works to include, office refurbishment. security upgrades, Lift Replacement schemes and Fire safety renewals.Lead and manage the on-site delivery of Cap-ex Spend under NEC4 contract principles, ensuring safety, compliance, quality, and value for money. As the primary on-site contact for operational delivery, the Site Manager will oversee daily activities to ensure services meet contractual obligations and exceed client expectations. Required: Consistent achievement of service delivery KPIs and SLAs. High levels of client satisfaction and positive stakeholder relationships. Full compliance with statutory, contractual, and health and safety obligations. Effective risk and issue management in accordance with NEC4 mechanisms. Services delivered within agreed budgets and timescales. Positive audit outcomes and implementation of continuous improvement initiatives. Maintenance of a safe and healthy site environment. Key Responsibilities Project Management Develop and manage project plans, budgets, and schedules aligned with NEC4 contract requirements. Coordinate resources, stakeholders, and supply chain partners to ensure timely, cost-effective delivery.
