Site Manager

Do you take pride in keeping things safe, organised and running smoothly?Would you like to work mornings only?Would you enjoy the responsibility of leading on health and safety, building and maintenance and risk assessment?I am seeking a proactive and hands-on Site Manager to join a small and friendly, specialist, child centred school.Ideally, I am looking for someone to work 7:30am to 1pm, however full time applications will also be considered.This is a varied role that would suit someone from a buildings and maintenance background who enjoys practical problem-solving, takes ownership of their environment and understands the importance of maintaining a safe, welcoming and well-presented site.Working closely with the Headteacher and wider team, you will play a key role in ensuring the school remains a safe and enjoyable place for pupils, staff and visitors.In return, you will be joining a supportive and values-led organisation that invests in its people through fully funded training, specialist CPD and Private Medical Insurance, with the added benefit of being part of a wider education group offering ongoing support and future career opportunities.You will be responsible for the day-to-day management, maintenance and security of the school site, including:Opening and securing the school each dayCarrying out routine maintenance and minor repairsMonitoring the condition of buildings and groundsManaging site health and safety proceduresCoordinating and supervising ..... full job details .....
