You ll take full ownership of sites, driving standards, safety, and quality with support from an award-winning team. What You ll Do: Manage all on-site operations, ensuring deadlines and quality benchmarks are hit Coordinate subcontractors and suppliers Uphold Health and Safety policies and enforce compliance Maintain tidy, efficient sites with first-class presentation Liaise with consultants, head office, and local authorities Monitor programme schedules and budgets What You ll Need: Proven track record delivering residential builds (new build essential) Proven track record of high end barn conversions Strong technical knowledge of masonry construction Confident reading drawings and coordinating trades SMSTS, First Aid and Scaffold Awareness certification Eye for detail and real pride in delivering a quality product Perks: 25 days holiday + bank holidays Company car or car allowance ..... full job details .....
