The ideal candidate will have experience in multi-room projects, be able to work as part of a wider management team and have experience either working with Tier 1 or Tier 2 contractors. Roles & Experience Management of trades & sub-contractors Oversight of specific packages on the build Working knowledge of internals packages would be beneficial H&S Inductions Attending progress meetings Senior PM liaison RAMS Package Basic salary of up to -65,000 Car allowance or company car Healthcare Pension Bonus You must have a valid and in date SMSTS, First Aid and CSCS Card.
