Site Manager

Albion Search are currently looking for a Site Manager to work with a regional house builder, for a 4 week period in Middlesbrough.

The ideal candidate must have house building experience and be available from the 31st July.

• Management of the build programme
• NHBC Liaison
• Ensuring CML''s are met
• Management of trades & sub-contractors
• Inductions
• H&S
• RAMS
• Sales and Contracts Manager liaison

You must have a valid and in date SMSTS, First Aid and CSCS Card, along with the above relevant experience.
