Site Manager

Albion Search are currently working with a regional house builder to appoint a Site Manager for a new development in Spennymoor. This development is predominantly open market sale with a small percentage of HA plots. The houses are traditional build, 2, 3 and 4 bedroom plots. The ideal candidate will have experience managing volume house building developments and will of worked closely with the NHBC. Roles and Responsibilities Management of the build programme Management and oversight of trades and sub-contractors Inductions RAMS HandS NHBC Liaison Liaise with Sales Contracts Manager updates Ensuring the plots are delivered on time You must have a valid and in date SMSTS, First Aid and CSCS card.
