This contract is outside IR35 and expected to last until around 2030.   The Role   Using the site team, direct and supervise all site-based activities to ensure compliance with project requirements, approved design, programme and quality standards. Monitor progress against the programme, proactively resolving local issues to maintain productivity and reporting any deviations from the programme. Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers and site teams to ensure smooth workflow and interface management across the site. Report daily progress, issues and resource requirements to the Lead Project Manager. Ensure accurate site records are kept and up to date, including permits, inspections and daily logs. Oversee site establishment, mobilisation and demobilisation, including site accommodation, welfare, security and site access arrangements, in line with the Construction Phase Plan   Undertake the duty holder role of Contractor Representative or Principal Contractor Representative under the CDM Regulations 2015,...
