The successful candidate will be responsible for the safe, efficient, and profitable delivery of projects, ensuring compliance with programme, quality, commercial, and health & safety requirements. Key Responsibilities Manage day-to-day site operations on BESS and HV infrastructure projects. Lead site teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to deliver projects safely, on time, and within budget. Ensure full compliance with CDM regulations, company procedures, and health & safety legislation. Monitor project progress, quality, costs, and programme performance. Maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and project teams. Manage contractual obligations and support commercial performance.
