This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Site Manager or Site Supervisor who is available for a short-term assignment and can take ownership of day-to-day site operations. You''ll be responsible for coordinating trades and subcontractors, overseeing site activity and ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently and to the required standard. What We Offer Negotiable day rate, depending on experience. Short-term holiday cover. Start date: 26 August. Monday to Friday, 7:30am-5pm. Opportunity to work with a well-established construction client. Support from the Acorn by Synergie team throughout the assignment. Key Duties Manage day-to-day site operations and site labour. Liaise with trades, subcontractors and site teams. Coordinate and monitor materials and deliveries. Ensure works are completed to programme and required quality standards. Carry out site inductions and toolbox talks. Monitor and enforce site health and safety procedures. Maintain effective communication across the site team. Open and close the site each day.
