This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Site Manager that can take ownership of day-to-day site operations. You''ll be responsible for coordinating trades and subcontractors for the roofing and cladding package , overseeing activity and ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently and to the required standard. What We Offer Negotiable day rate, depending on experience. 8 months duration Monday to Friday, 7:30am-5pm. Opportunity to work with a well-established construction client. Support from the Acorn by Synergie team throughout the assignment. Key Duties Manage day-to-day site operations, site labour for roofing and cladding package Liaise with trades, subcontractors and site teams. Coordinate and monitor materials and deliveries. Ensure works are completed to programme and required quality standards. Carry out site inductions Monitor and enforce site health and safety procedures.
