Site Manager Cardiff Negotiable Day Rate Monday-Friday 7:30am-5pm 8 months work IntroductionAcorn by Synergie is recruiting an experienced Site Manager for a well-established client in Cardiff.This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Site Manager that can take ownership of day-to-day site operations.You''ll be responsible for coordinating trades and subcontractors for the roofing and cladding package , overseeing activity and ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently and to the required standard.What We OfferNegotiable day rate, depending on experience.8 months durationMonday to Friday, 7:30am-5pm.Opportunity to work with a well-established construction client.Support from the Acorn by Synergie team throughout the assignment.Key DutiesManage day-to-day site operations, site labour for roofing and cladding packageLiaise with trades, subcontractors and site teams.Coordinate and monitor materials and deliveries.Ensure works are completed to programme and required quality standards.Carry out site inductions Monitor and enforce site health and safety procedures.Maintain effective communication across the site team.Open and close the site each day.Take ownership of site activities and help ensure the smooth delivery of the project.RequirementsPrevious experience working as a Site ManagerPrevious experience managing roofing and cladding contractsValid CSCS Card.SMSTS Certification.First Aid Qualification.Strong understanding of construction site health and ..... full job details .....
