You will lead site teams, manage subcontractors and suppliers, and work closely with clients and the wider project team.Key ResponsibilitiesManage the day-to-day running of the site.Lead site teams, subcontractors and suppliers.Maintain health, safety and environmental standards.Deliver projects on time and within budget.Manage programmes, drawings and specifications.Coordinate trades, labour, materials and the supply chain.Maintain high standards of quality and workmanship.Liaise with clients and project teams.Monitor costs and minimise waste.Manage snagging, defects and project handover.Maintain professional site standards.Support sustainability and community objectives.RequirementsProven Site Manager experience.Track record delivering construction projects.Experience managing subcontractors, labour and suppliers.Knowledge of construction programmes, drawings and specifications.Strong leadership and communication skills.CSCS card.SMSTS.Full UK driving ..... full job details .....
