The successful candidate will take responsibility for the day-to-day management of the site, ensuring works are delivered safely, efficiently, to programme and to the required quality standards. This is a 7–9 month contract opportunity, offering a competitive CIS rate of £350–£400 per day, with an anticipated start during the first week of September. Key Responsibilities Manage and coordinate day-to-day site activities across the refurbishment project. Supervise subcontractors, trades and site operatives, ensuring works are completed in accordance with the programme and specification. Coordinate with the Project Manager, Contracts Manager, design team and other project stakeholders. Monitor progress against programme and proactively address any delays or issues.
