Site Manager - Nottingham - 7 Days Approach Personnel are currently recruiting for an experienced Site Manager for short term cover in Kimberley, Nottingham, starting on the 7th of October until the 14th. Project Details: Duration: 7 Days Scope: fire remediation upgrades and repairs both internal and external Environment: Live site, working at height and within confined spaces Requirements: Valid SMSTS CSCS Card First Aid at Work Proven experience managing similar social housing projects (desirable) Strong health and safety awareness, particularly with roof and void works Duties: Overseeing day-to-day site operations Managing subcontractors and ensuring works are delivered to programme Maintaining high standards of HandS compliance Coordinating works in roof spaces and void areas Reporting progress to the project team This is a great opportunity for a Site Manager with relevant experience looking for a short term contract.
