Key Requirements: Valid SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid tickets. Desirable to have: In-date DBS Certificate. Proven experience managing similar new build construction/groundworks projects. Strong health and safety and site procedure knowledge is essential. Key Duties: Overseeing day-to-day site operations. Managing subcontractors and ensuring works are delivered to programme. Maintaining high standards of HandS compliance. Reporting into the senior operations team on project updates. Working closely with the commercial team to ensure the project is on budget.
