The ideal candidate, will have experience working on medium-large construction projects with a strong understanding of groundworks, foundations and steel frame projects. Key Requirements: Valid SMSTS, CSCS & First Aid tickets. Desirable to have: In-date DBS Certificate. Proven experience managing similar new build construction/groundworks projects. Strong health & safety and site procedure knowledge is essential. Key Duties: Overseeing day-to-day site operations. Managing subcontractors and ensuring works are delivered to programme. Maintaining high standards of H&S compliance. Reporting into the senior operations team on project updates. Working closely with the commercial team to ensure the project is on budget.
