We are therefore looking for a Site Manager who is highly organised, proactive and confident communicating with multiple stakeholders to keep the project on programme. Key Responsibilities:- Manage the day-to-day delivery of a CAT B office fit-out project.- Coordinate subcontractors and site activities to maintain programme.- Manage works within communal areas, including WCs and staircases.- Maintain high standards of health and safety and quality.- Communicate effectively with the client, subcontractors and project team.- Identify and resolve issues quickly to avoid delays.- Ensure the project is delivered to programme and specification.- Manage short-term lookaheads and coordinate upcoming works.
