SITE MANAGER - CAT B FIT OUT SOLIHULLWe are currently recruiting for an experienced Site Manager to deliver a 12-week CAT B office fit-out project in Solihull.This is a challenging project with a significant amount of work taking place within communal areas, including WCs, staircases and shared spaces. We are therefore looking for a Site Manager who is highly organised, proactive and confident communicating with multiple stakeholders to keep the project on programme. Key Responsibilities:- Manage the day-to-day delivery of a CAT B office fit-out project.- Coordinate subcontractors and site activities to maintain programme.- Manage works within communal areas, including WCs and staircases.- Maintain high standards of health and safety and quality.- Communicate effectively with the client, subcontractors and project team.- Identify and resolve issues quickly to avoid delays.- Ensure the project is delivered to programme and specification.- Manage short-term lookaheads and coordinate upcoming works. Requirements:- Proven experience delivering CAT B office fit-out projects.- Strong Site Management and subcontractor coordination experience.- Excellent communication and organisational skills.- Ability to work to tight programmes and manage competing priorities.- SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid.- Previous experience working in occupied or shared/communal environments would be advantageous.
