Site Manager

SITE MANAGER - CAT B FIT OUT | SOLIHULL

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Site Manager to deliver a 12-week CAT B office fit-out project in Solihull.

This is a challenging project with a significant amount of work taking place within communal areas, including WCs, staircases and shared spaces. We are therefore looking for a Site Manager who is highly organised, proactive and confident communicating with multiple stakeholders to keep the project on programme.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage the day-to-day delivery of a CAT B office fit-out project.

- Coordinate subcontractors and site activities to maintain programme.

- Manage works within communal areas, including WCs and staircases.

- Maintain high standards of health & safety and quality.

- Communicate effectively with the client, subcontractors and project team.

- Identify and resolve issues quickly to avoid delays.

- Ensure the project is delivered to programme and specification.

- Manage short-term lookaheads and coordinate upcoming works.

Requirements:

- Proven experience delivering CAT B office fit-out projects.

- Strong Site Management and subcontractor coordination experience.

- Excellent communication and organisational skills.

- Ability to work to tight programmes and manage competing priorities.

- SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid.

- Previous experience working in occupied or shared/communal environments would be advantageous.
