Approach Personnel are proud to be partnered with a regional, construction main contractor, who are looking for an experienced Site manager to help with some cover work for 3 days across the 15th,16th and 19th of October on a site in Bangor. The ideal candidate, must have an in-date EDBS due to the live environment you would be working in. Key Requirements: Valid SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid tickets. MUST HAVE: In-date EDBS Certificate Proven experience managing similar new build construction/groundworks projects. Strong health and safety and site procedure knowledge is essential. Key Duties: Overseeing day-to-day site operations. Managing subcontractors and ensuring works are delivered to programme. Maintaining high standards of HandS compliance. Reporting into the senior operations team on project updates. Working closely with the commercial team to ensure the project is on budget.
