Site Manager - Nottingham - 2-Days

Approach Personnel are currently recruiting for a-Site Manager for-short term-holiday-cover in Nottingham on Thursday the 27th & Friday the 28th of August.

Project Details:

• Duration: 2 Days
• Scope: Short-term cover on a new build housing site.
• Environment: Live site, working at height and within confined spaces.

Requirements:

• Valid SMSTS
• CSCS Card
• First Aid at Work
• Proven experience managing similar new build-housing projects-(desirable)
• Strong health & safety awareness.

Duties:

• Overseeing day-to-day site operations
• Managing subcontractors and ensuring works are delivered to programme
• Maintaining high standards of H&S compliance
• Coordinating works in roof spaces and void areas
• Reporting progress to the project team

This is a great opportunity for a-Site Manager with relevant experience looking for a short-term contract.
