Site Maintenance Manager

Position: Site Manager Location: Milton Keynes Salary: Very Desirable TXM Recruit is partnering with a prominent automation and intralogistics company to hire an experienced Site Manager to oversee a fast-paced automated distribution facility. This role will involve maintaining relations with clients, management of supervisors/team leaders, budget management and much more. The Ideal candidate will have experience working within the automated intralogistics sector. Key responsibilities Key Promote a strong safety culture and compliance to current HandS standardsOverall management of site with over 25 employeesProvide complete customer satisfaction whilst enhancing the reputation of the CompanyStrategically plan and manage site budgets and associated commercial activitiesMatch tasks with team skill-sets to ensure delivery of defined SLAManage, as the on-site representative, all system improvements and installationsTake a leading role relating to customer management and escalation managementManage all training requirements, both technical and regulatoryLead the site team and manage a diversity of skillsets from apprentices through to site supervisorsPartnering with the Heads of Department and Key account managers to identify opportunities that will support improvement in both organisational and people performance, and ultimately supporting the overall business objectivesLead the management of long-term absence, utilising our Occupational Health partnership when needed, also ..... full job details .....
