Site Maintenance Manager

Are you an experienced maintenance professional looking to step into a leadership role? A leading Facilities Management company is seeking a Site Maintenance Supervisor to join a prestigious site in Central London on a 12-month fixed-term contract, with the potential for extension.

Working closely with the Technical Project Manager, you''ll play a key role in maintaining technical standards, improving service delivery and ensuring compliance across critical building services.

The Role As the Site Maintenance Supervisor, you''ll:

• Support the Technical Project Manager with the technical performance of the contract and maintenance of service standards.
• Provide technical expertise across Mechanical, Electrical, Fire and Ventilation systems.
• Lead the resolution of technical issues, coordinating specialist disciplines where required.
• Work closely with operational teams to improve service delivery and contract performance.
• Ensure maintenance activities are delivered safely, compliantly and in line with contractual requirements.
• Support the implementation of best practice across health & safety and building services.
• Build strong relationships with clients, contractors and internal stakeholders to ensure exceptional customer service.
• Produce technical reports and maintain accurate maintenance documentation.

You To be successful in the role of Site Maintenance Supervisor, you''ll bring:

• Previous experience in a technical management or supervisory role within Facilities Management or Building Services.
• Strong knowledge of Mechanical, Electrical, Fire and/or Ventilation systems.
• Good understanding of CDM 2015 Regulations and health & safety compliance.
• Excellent stakeholder management and customer service skills.
• Strong organisational skills with experience using Microsoft Office and producing technical reports.
• The ability to prioritise workloads and resolve technical challenges in a fast-paced environment.
