This is a varied role involving general building maintenance, repairs and upkeep across a factory site. We''re looking for someone with practical maintenance experience who can turn their hand to a range of tasks and work independently when required. Key Responsibilities Carrying out general building maintenance and repairs. Basic joinery and plumbing work. Minor roofing and guttering repairs. Brickwork, pointing, masonry repairs and replacement of bricks. Building and demolishing internal walls and structures as required. Carrying out general groundworks around the factory. Repairing and replacing flooring, including timber, concrete and asphalt. Painting, rendering and other general building repairs.
